1. Return Policy

General Policy

Like most specialty magic retailers, all sales on MagicalTricks.com are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased items, including instant magic downloads. The value of a magic trick lies in its secret, and as such, returns are not permitted except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Defective or Damaged Items

We will replace items that arrive defective or are damaged during shipping at no additional cost to you. This does not include items broken or lost by customers after delivery. To request a replacement:

 

• • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

• • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us prior to returning the item.

 

• • Include the RMA number clearly on the front of the return package.

Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused or returned to the sender. Once we receive an approved return, a replacement will be shipped promptly. Some items do not need to be returned if defective. Pictures of the defective item can be used by emailing us and sending defective images at orders@magicaltricks.com
